When I first started working with Karla, I felt I was in a rut with some vague lifestyle goals and many (what seemed to me) clear obstacles. She helped me dial down my overwhelm, define exactly what my vision for myself was, then helped me to examine my challenges. Together we brainstormed strategies to break them down into smaller, much more manageable parts. Her experience, gentle empathy, timely intuition and ability to inspire make her an amazing health and wellness coach. She has helped me see past my difficulties whether they were health related or otherwise, and I feel ready now to independently tackle my challenges head on as I move forward.
