I have been a customer of A Cut Above for over 2 years when Evernest came in and purchased the business. I was very nervous at first to be honest because we were taken such very good care of with A Cut Above. So far (which has only been less than a month) I have been very happy with the customer service Everest has provided. Diana is a very nice lady who takes care to address concerns. My family and I are grateful for the staff!

Through out my process of moving out the property, Diana has been more then helpful & understanding in the situation we were in. Diana is very respectful and very easy to talk to as a property manager. We felt the full support from her end and I couldn’t been more happy to have her assist us!! I’ve been working with Monse to lease an apartment in Denver and he has been amazing! Very responsive via text/email. I’ve asked a ton of questions and he has been helpful and polite. Would recommend working with him again!

So far, so good. We (I am a cosigner) started with MyHouse, Inc. for the leasing process. We didn’t hear much before the move in date late July. Once we started the move in process, Alejandra has been our main contact. She is exceptionally responsive and helpful. Emails are answered in a couple of hours and she always follows up making sure the issue is solved to our satisfaction. Our daughter, who is a tenant, has been exceptionally happy with maintenance! They are prompt, respectful and are working to fix the issues they found upon move in.
