Working with Mike was very a very effective and positive experience. I saw him for pain and Injuries I sustained while running. I scheduled a sequence of visits. He recommended exercises that I still do today, they really helped. I especially liked his hands on massages and cupping treatments! Great service overall, highly recommend for athletes.

Throughout my life I had dealt with issues with my knees. Often my knee cap would slip out if I had it in a certain position. I had seen a doctor for it but he never truly gave me a solution. After meeting with Michael he tested a few things and explained that it was an issue involving weak hips that was the root cause. After just a few months of working with Michael I felt more confident and stronger in my legs. Years of issues with my knee were finally beginning to improve.
