  Kathy was my sellers agent and helped me with all my real estate MLS listing needs and back-end support. She was also courteous and prompt. I hope real estate sales trend towards this newer model of sales and you will not regret going through Kathy Haas to sell your home.

  Kathy Haas was our selling agent and was awesome to work with. She was extremely fast at getting our house on multiple MLS's. We were in a pinch to get it listed right away and she got it done! She always answered my calls, text's & emails quickly and was very knowledgeable with the Colorado market. We had a very smooth transaction without any issues at all. ...I should add we got a full price offer AND she did save us A LOT of money!!

  Kathy Haas was phenomenal to work with. She made the process so easy and has so much experience and insight to offer. She was quick to respond anytime I had a question and is the reason our sale was seamless. I can’t imagine selling a house any other way than with Kathy and The Resource Group.

  After working with Kathy through a very difficult contract via an investment team that included, I suspect, the real estate agent and the “home inspector”. We finally closed and sold our house. It was not fun and would not have been possible without Kathy’s help. Selling a house in Kolorado is now almost impossible without a good agent.
  
  I was shocked by the lack of seller protection in this state. Because of this, I often times expressed my frustration and anger when I was talking with Kathy. I was difficult at first but Kathy turned that situation around completely. She worked much much harder than the buyers agent and was still getting just .5% commission instead of the usual 3%. I truly believe she does it because she knows that sellers in that and other left coast states have basically zero rights right up until the money is in the bank. She also knows just how wrong it is for these agents to get 3% for the work they actually do. You have to pay homage or you can’t sell a home in that state. However, I ended up getting $40,000 more than I was willing to take on the payoff. Kathy made that possible. She is a straight shooter, hard working, honest, has a backbone and very knowledgeable in her trade. Oh yes, I can say with 100%, she is very patient and earned every penny she got on the payout. You will not go wrong with Kathy Haas in your corner.

  Kathy Haas was fantastic, she really knows her stuff! Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional, she is friendly and kind. We hit a few snags and she was confident and reassuring with us. Communication with her was easy as well, using both texts and emails we always got a quick response.
  We would highly recommend Kathy to anyone who wants to get great results when selling their home!
