Costco Vision Center

Great experience! We don't carry vision insurance, so we were pleased with the very reasonable prices for exams and glasses/contacts. The staff is a little hit or miss as far as service, but our experience with Dr. Andy was great -- he was very knowledgeable, made himself available for any questions, and provided great exams for our kids. We were also pleased with the quick turnaround on eyewear, and selection was pretty good.

I have been getting my glasses and eye exams done here since becoming a Costco Member in 2016. I have never once had a bad experience, and have always had great service! I highly recommend this vision center to anyone needing services and well-priced designer frames.

I had went in yesterday to pick up my 2nd pair of glasses after an eye exam. I was helped by Rachelle Le, and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, which means a lot from someone in Retail Operations Management for 10+ years. Many above and beyond suggestions and efforts were made that really made this experience just fantastic across the board!

Highly recommended overall, and a huge shout out to Rachelle for the fantastic service and suggestions!

It’s a perfect place to do your exam and get your glasses and contact lenses. Perfect Dr. and perfect secretary. Very polite and helpful. I suggest everyone to try this place and experience it yourself.
