Like every company when they first come out they recommend a plan where they come out every few months to spray. After a few months I noticed a huge decrease in pest I called and canceled my plan they charged me nothing to cancel it. now I just call them when I need them and they come out and spray they’re very friendly and I highly recommend them

As the owner of a residential property management company, I have been very happy with the service that Omnis has provided us at our rental properties. They show up on time and my tenants have reported back to me how pleased they are with the job Omnis has been doing to keep their homes bug (and spider) free. I also feel like they are able to give me a great customer experience because they are a local business and not one of those national chain pest companies that merely treat you like a number. Will definitely continue to do business with them into the future.
