Mt. Fuji

We’ve enjoyed Mt Fuji for a few years now. The food is always excellent and the service is great. We tried hibachi for a birthday party and it was a fun experience! Thanks so much!

Mt. Fuji is our go to for sushi here in Colorado so far. We have tried Parker, Littleton, Centennial, and Greenwood Village so far, but we always come back here.
If you like sushi and sashimi and not just the rolls, try it out.

My Fuji was a blast for double date night. We were seated very quickly without a reservation on a Saturday night. The hibachi was fun and quick and it wasn’t too gimmicky. I would say that they are in a little need of some updates to the atmosphere. Otherwise all around good experience.

Chef Lee was amazing! It was my son's birthday and he made it so special and exciting. We definitely want to come back and see him again. My family kept talking about it the whole way home.

Good place and great food. They separated Hibachi and dining table so you can enjoy your meal quietly. The Sake is really good. Glad we got the eel, very tasty.
