(July 7, 2017, 12:54 pm)As a Chiropractor here in Castle Rock, I am always looking for elite professionals to refer my patients to and Club Pilates fits the bill and then some. Julie and George ( the owners) are incredible! They put their heart and soul in their business and it shows. They put such love and focus on their clients, it is a rare thing seen in business these days. The General manager Shannon knows her stuff and is gifted.
I highly recommend Club Pilates to any one that has body and wants to keep it healthy. :-) -

(June 23, 2017, 1:23 pm)Pilates gives a no-impact workout with resistance training for muscle strength that is adaptable to any level you can work at on a given day. The instructors and staff are extremely knowledgeable about their training, explaining form and positioning for optimal performance. I can feel the results and love getting back to old-school training of muscles through a different, modern and more modifiable method. Thanks girls! It is a delight to have your new studio in our town. Friendly and fun!

(June 22, 2017, 5:16 pm)Club Pilates Castle Rock is awesome. The owners are great, the instructors are excellent and the studio is beautiful. There is a variety of classes to fit all skill levels. You will get a great workout in every class regardless of the type of class or instructor. I look forward to my pilates classes. It's definitely a "HAPPY" place for me.

I'd never used a reformer before I arrived at my first class, but Shannon (my instructor) made learning the machine fun and easy. I've come 3 times a week since this location opened. Consider me an addict!
