“Love this restaurant. Gorgeous view with large panoramic windows and a great patio. Went for happy hour where they have cheaper drinks and apps. Chips and quest were delicious. The green Chile enchilada was out of this world, and the Mexico city street tacos were ok (the tortilla fell apart). Overall great option for Castle Rock!! So glad they expanded from their Denver location as there’s a huge lack of upscale Mexican cuisine here!”

“This place is spectacular! I've been wanting some made from scratch, innovative, fresh, amazing food and Dos Santos delivered. The environment and decor is awesome, the food was unbelievable, and the service from Mariah and her trusty trainee, Emily, was impeccable. I'm so thankful we found this spot and imagine many more days enjoying the creations they've invented for our enjoyment. We tried the chips and salsas, several tacos, hibiscus limeade, and the to die for flan. I'm overwhelmed with what to say because each item was so amazing - I'm at a loss for words and will try to find them for my next update. Give your mouth an adventure, your body a chill place to hang, and enjoy the outstanding service because you deserve it and this place is a gift to all of us! Round 2 was just as good as round 1. Jackson and Ryan in particular were stellar in their service and conversational skills, and both looked rather dashing in their uniforms I might add. They alone made this experience the best I’ve had at a Panda Express and have earned this location my business moving forward. I do love for my food to be delivered in a timely manner and by individuals whose eyes glisten with the reflection of their bright future and are clearly just one step into their journey of greatness. “When biting into the pepperoni pizza, I found myself letting out a audible “mmmmm” because of how amazing the crust is! This is possibly my favorite place to get pizza. We arrived around 1:30 and there was only another couple there finishing up, which made it odd because it did take a bit to receive it, however, the kids kept busy and the pizza was hot! (I also saw someone take away 6-8 large pizzas togo so that probably contributed to the wait time). Also, when I asked the server if this pizza would be enough they just said “I don’t know” and honestly, if they worked there long enough, they would know based on what other kids that age have eaten and if it was enough to share. I would have given a 5 stars if the customer service was handled better. I’d go back because the Chicago style pizza and crust is by far my favorite!”

“Love love this location!!! Pull up through the drive through where I was pleasantly greeted as usual. Placed my order and was asked if I wanted an extra shot of espresso… I said yes!!! I heard someone in the back Hooten and hollering that I got the upgrade as they must have been doing a competition. I laughed the gal taking my order giggled it was a great way to start my day! Have since found out the managers name is Colin and I’ll tell you what… what a great manager! Every time I have seen him he’s sweet, upbeat, supports his staff, and is always great to me and I’m sure everyone else who goes to this location!!”

“The restaurant has a cool atmosphere. It does get loud without any kind of ceiling baffles and kids around. The food was good but not amazing. The staff is hit or miss. We had a few serving us during this visit. One was very friendly and funny! The other forgot to mention last call an hour and a half before closing. One of our guest asked for another, and the waiter brought a hot sauce bottle with a note that said "another" lol. And the drink.”

“I have returned to this Cuba Cuba location multiple times now, which speaks to the quality of food and service. A great, authentic, local Cuban option. Never disappoints. We often catch the live music which is great. I would definitely come when the band is playing for the best ambience. The owner is Cuban and cares very much about the quality of her establishments. “Awesome food, knowledable and respectful employees. Great customer service and cleanliness...I truly do not have a negative thing to add. And my family eats here at a minimum of twice a week. There's something for everyone on the very expansive menu. In a town where you can get almost every fast food choice in a 2 mile radius, unfortunately there are only about 8 places that deserve mentioning. This location is 5 star for the food, the service, the very minimal wait times...all around awesome location! I want to thank all of you because sadly, it is becoming more and more difficult to find nearly this level of service at the majority of Castle Rock restaurants. It's refreshing to be met by courteous people with a smile on their faces. And I have always highly respected that this restaurant chain is closed on Sundays! It deserves mentioning that Chick fil A compensates their employees on an amazing level. Our family has a great experience each time we visit. Thank you. ...on a side note, I will only leave reviews for locations after multiple visits. I try to ensure a fair and reasonable review is given based on seeing how a location runs consistently versus just a few experiences.”

“Kfc was the winners of my most recent food Fight. I put their spicy crispy chicken sandwich up against popeyes. Both were reasonably priced at $4.49. I would have liked a bit more spice as it was very mild but the chicken patty was thick and I felt it was just a better bang for my buck. Good texture on the chicken and juicy as well.”

“This place is great! The staff is extremely nice and the store always has a calm atmosphere. Me and the guys from work will come here for lunch occasionally, and we are able to call in our order and have it ready for us by the time we get there! “I have lived in the area for just over 3 years. I would normally stop at Einstein's, Loaf & Jug, Maverick, or any one of the other coffee shops nearby, first thing in the morning. However, over the last several months, I have only come to Maverick for my morning coffee. There is a young man that works there named Griffin. The first time I saw him at the store, he was very friendly and we chatted for maybe a minute or so - just small chit-chat, since there were no customers behind me. The next time I was in the store, he remembered me and greeted me like he knew me. So I introduced myself and he told me his name. I have started going to Maverick every morning for coffee, because I know someone is there that is going to be friendly. That sounds mighty 'needy' of me. LOL But it's true. First thing in the morning, before I have had a cup, it is nice to go somewhere I know I am going to feel 'at home' because of the friendly clerks. Both Doug and Spencer, now also greet me by name every morning. All 3 young men are great people and I was hoping they might get acknowledged for their good job. I think it would go a long ways, if all clerks learned to recognize regular customers, and greet them the way Griffin and the others greet me. Sincerely, Danny”

“Nekter is a fantastic little shop for healthy and delicious eats and drinks, and this recently opened location is no exception. The staff is always friendly and expedient. It does take a couple minutes to get a drink or smoothie bowl but it's because everything is blended and cut fresh exactly when you order it and not before.
