Wasn't the best macchiato i've ever had, but the grilled cheese was FANTASTIC. One of the best grilled cheese sandwiches i've had. Loved the mustard sauce that comes with it. Would come back solely for the grilled cheese!

It's inside the church if you get lost looking for it like I did. I went on a Tuesday morning so it was empty. So if you are looking for a really quiet place to work, this is it. Coffee and service was good.

Nice place to grab a cup and do some reading! I haven't tried any of the treats but they look tasty.

A wonderfully quiet place to grab a cup of coffee and get some work done. They get their coffee from local roasters so everything is fresh, and just a good cup of coffee.

If you really love coffee, you'll really love Mountainview Coffee! It's a true specialty coffee shop in the heart of Highlands Ranch. I usually order a pour over and have never been disappointed. The beans are purchased from a non-profit that employs at-risk teens and young adults -- an added bonus!
