Caliber Collision

I got in an accident with my Ford Escape and took my car to Caliber Collision. I have to say this was the best experience I've had in terms of car repair. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and throughout my repair process I was getting updates on the status of my car. That communication was great and not something I expected. When I came to pick up the car they had washed it (including the interior) and explained the repairs they did as well as let me ask any questions. The transparency here is unmatched and I would highly recommend using Caliber for your car's repairs. I've added some before and after photos for anyone curious!

Caliber was able to get me in for an estimate appointment that fix my schedule quite quickly. Mary was very helpful on the phone and really friendly in person. Although I didn't need one, she made sure I knew what to do i f I needed rental. Terry, the estimator, was super easy to work with and explained everything clearly, including expected date of the completed repairs. He kept me informed of the progress with calls and text messages. The repair technician, Justin, stepped in, (Terry was unavailable) to complete a walk-around of my vehicle when I picked it up and made sure I didn't have any concerns of questions about the repair. I would highly recommend to my friends and family!

I was rear-ended in a drive through. I scheduled the estimate and repairs through the other persons insurance. Caliber called within 24 hrs and confirmed the request to bring my car in for an estimate. They were able to get me scheduled and taken care of within my requested time (couple days). They were willing to coordinate rental car pick up and schedule me to be picked up by Enterprise. When I picked up my car, they allowed me to leave the rental car there and they also coordinated with Enterprise on the return. The repairs we're unnoticeable, so they did a great job! They even detailed/cleaned the interior of my car, which was a great surprise. Thanks!!

We had a bad rock fly up and put a dent in our passenger door also chipped the paint. The front staff especially Jacob Looney, the adjuster and all employees evolved with our repair were fantastic. We would give them a 10 star rating if there was one. Also, we will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs repairs and paint.

I went to the location on Commerce Center Circle and Terry kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. My car was even returned cleaner than when I dropped it off!
