(September 19, 2021, 11:18 am)Our first time here and it dogs loved it! Especially our little jack Russell! Very open, great sand, 2 water stations and several places to sit with cover for shade. It has become our new dog park!

The sand provides great traction for the dogs and endless digging opportunities, which my dog loves. There are 2 water stations that are simple, yet well designed, with bowls tied to them. 3 picnic tables with a sunshade. Parking is across the street at Red Stone Park which is a very large sports field complex with a pond, picnic area, and restrooms. This park is great to walk in after the warm dog park. There are many shade trees and the grass is lush. Best time of day to arrive for this experience, in my opinion, is a couple hours before sunset.
