I got a brace from Hanger Orthotics 3 years ago -- it was from the office near Swedish Hospital (as the clinic in Highlands Ranch did not exist yet at that time). Over the years, the velcro has worn down. I went in today to see if they could fix it. They did at NO CHARGE -- great service -- 3 years later and they fixed the brace at no charge -- never tried to upsell me, and also gave me some advice on how to try to get my insurance to pay for a new brace. Very professional and very helpful!
