“I had a great experience with my new puppy's first vet visit at Alpenview! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The vet assistant, India, was also very friendly and helped my puppy feel more comfortable. Dr, Koenig gave my puppy a gentle and thorough exam. My puppy immediately felt comfortable and was running around the entire office checking out the other dogs, cat, and staff members. My puppy received a vaccine and didn't notice it due to the doctor and his assistant distracting him. I chose Alpenview due to its location and online reviews and am very happy with my decision. Overall, I had a great first experience and will return for follow-up appointments. My puppy left feeling very comfortable and will not be scared when we return in 3 weeks.”

“We have been with Annie’s Animal Clinic since it opened over 20 years ago. They have compassionate and professional staff that have taken care of all of our various animals. When we’ve had to say goodbye to our pets that have passed the staff has been kind and thoughtful and patient. It is now called Banfield Pet Hospital for the past few years and they have the same level of care and compassion as before. Dr. Mackenzie is great and she has such a compassionate and calm approach with all of her furry patients. So happy to have her as our doctor for our fur babies. The front desk is always helpful and patient in checking people in and out and making appointments and answering questions.”

“Last week our cat developed a sudden and large abscess on his head/eye. After going to a local ER vet, the abscess was getting much worse. I desperately started calling every vet in the area to get a second opinion. Rocky Mountain was recommended by one of the many vets I called who couldn't fit me in. The lady I spoke with at RMSAH was so genuine and she and Dr Hanson graciously squeezed us in that day. I was so impressed with everyone I spoke with and met. Rascal had surgery and is doing SO much better. The prices seemed very reasonable for everything they did. We love them so much we'll be taking all of our animals there from now on and using their boarding facilities. I can't say enough good things about them! I've finally found a vet office who cares.
