I liked the feeling of the full body workout with rowing, treadmill, and weights circuits at OrangeTheory Fitness. It was also very nice to have someone who's very qualified in leading the class and, in turn, directing me toward achieving my fitness goals. My first two classes have been very motivating and I look forward to more with OrangeTheory Fitness.

Great studio! I was visiting from Buffalo, NY and was able to complete the first 5 days of Hell Week with my daughter who goes to this studio. Staff was friendly and very welcoming! Coaches BJ and Allyson were very energetic and encouraging! Looking forward to other classes when I am in town!

I have been going here since January 2019 and it’s been the best gym I have tried! There’s no judgement, everyone at their own levels, a coach that pushes you, learn new things (I was rowing wrong before and didn’t know much about free weights), have become stronger and healthier. I have lost 40 lbs since joining. The simple things are easier and fun now like shoveling snow and playing sports with my kids! Thanks OT!
