I've worked with Jim Lane, as the lender, on many of his real estate transactions over the years. I don't think I've ever met another Realtor who cares more about his clients than Jim does! He works day and night to find his clients "their dream home" or the perfect investment property. His clients rave about him during the whole loan process with us. He's professional, friendly and probably most importantly, very knowledgeable. In this market, you need a Realtor who has many years of experience and who works full time for you whether you're buying or selling. Jim Lane will do that!

I highly recommend Jim Lane. We are a family with children and were wanting to upgrade to a bigger house. We needed to sell our house and buy another at the same time. We were buying with a VA loan which takes forever. We had very little cash to offer. With Jim’s help we were able to sell our house at the best price and buy the house we wanted at a reasonable fair price. He has the knowledge, experience and negotiation skills that were needed to pull this off. He is very professional and nice.

Jim is beyond awesome, he helped my fiancé and I for over year getting into the house we wanted. We never felt pressured or rushed in doing anything, he was always there when we needed him, and always gave sound advice if he didn’t know the answer he would find it and relay the information to us any time of day.
