(December 9, 2022, 4:12 pm)My husband and I bought a some high quality snowboarding gear here. They tuned our boards and helped us with all our questions. The staff is super friendly. Bryce and Pablo are great and very knowledgeable.
(November 26, 2022, 12:08 am)Always helpful. Every time I have called and each in-person visit you get a staff member who is patient with parents who no nothing about skating. They helped both my boys pick out boards, and they talked to the kids like adults—with genuine enthusiasm about the sport. Great place.

The staff are always so sweet and I am not talking like the normal spiel you get when you walk into your usual store with people pretending they care, they actually do care at this store. They are kind when you walk in, give you your space but reassure you they are there if you have any questions, and they keep noticing that you are there just in case you need help. They are kind of like an amazing waiter at an upscale restaurant. If you are going to shop BC shop at this one! The staff is FANTASTIC!
