  Best place to go for high quality dog food. Owner is so knowledgeable. Once you have been in a few times he will remember your name. I will not buy my dog food anywhere else.

  I cannot say enough good things about this store. The owner is an amazing guy, remembering you, your pet's name, what they eat, their special needs, etc. He always makes you feel special and his employees are friendly and helpful too. Excellent selection and will also special order things for you. They even deliver!

  I have been a loyal customer of Petzlove for the last few years. I moved further south and still make the trip to them for all of my dogs food/treats. Awesome selection, lots of brands to choose from and great pricing! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They were out of the big bags that I usual buy so they discounted the small one for me. Today I got a call from them letting me know they got the big ones back in stock and would make sure to pull one aside for me. Absolutely outstanding customer service! Thank you guys for all you do.

  The best place ever! Aden & his lovely wife are so helpful! Helped me figure out the best solution for my little dog Sophie without a vet bill. So knowledge & supportive.

  I had a dental cleaning appointment for my dog I could not keep. Paid a deposit a few weeks prior and expected that I would lose it. I was highly surprised that I assume the owner was quick to refund me with no hesitation while he was in between multiple customers. Great customer service and great business in Lone Tree for your pets needs. Highly recommend for excellent customer service and great selection of pet products and services.
