The staff is always friendly, although they run pretty lean. If you need assistance somewhere in the store you're more than likely to have to search for an employee (as they have most running the registers and only a few in actual merchandising).
Other than that, this location is excellent. It is never particularly busy (save particular holiday season events like Black Friday). Usually, I only have 1-2 max other people in front of me in line. The wait never ends up being more than 5 minutes or so; normally I don't even wait at all.
The merchandise selection is large and diverse yet is well chosen, meeting high standards for both quality and style. Moreover, the price point for most merchandise in the store is fantastic, being less expensive than their counterparts in similar (and in brand name) stores.
My advice: Get a Kohl's account. Although Kohl's does not require a membership to shop, the deals they give to their account holders is probably one of their biggest draws. Most of the time I find myself getting savings coupons that reduce my purchase costs by 30% or more.
What's more, these account-holder coupons (that 30%+) can be used in addition to/conjunction with any general savings that are also being offered. Since Khol's is always running a sale on something, at one point or another, you can find really, REALLY good deals on practically anything/everything they sell.
