If you are thinking about a water feature or if the one you have is not working properly, you HAVE to call Shane at Professional Ponds! Shane and his crew are INCREDIBLE! Seriously, when was the last time any of us could say that about having work done at our houses? We were actually sad when the project ended because we loved having him and his crew around and they worked so hard to ensure the project was....wait for it...done on time, within budget and to our expectations. I can not say enough wonderful things about him and his team!

Not enough words to express the thanks and appreciation for Shane and his team! Professional Ponds is critically focused on perfection and doing the job right until the client is happy. Shane and team took on our project after we had someone else initially put our pond and waterfall in and we began having many issues with the previous work performed. Shane and team completely rebuilt someone else's work and gave us the waterfall and pond we had originally envisioned, they really took care of us and communication and response was amazing. I'm being real...Do Not Call another company for your pond or waterfall work these guys the best! Extremely fair! Extremely honest! And are always engaged and great communication!
