I have multiple units here and have been a client since this location opened. Kelly is extremely helpful and will do her best at accommodating you if you are having a problem or if she needs to help you with a rental unit. Great location and the property is kept clean. Definitely would recommend this location if you need a storage unit.

I use East Cherokee Storage to store all of my belongings. I moved a little over a year ago and needed storage. I have had a great experience with East Cherokee Storage. It is always clean. I feel like my stuff is safe and secure there. Kelly, who works in the office, is always very friendly and helpful to me. I always have to stop by and say hello to her. I highly recommend East Cherokee Storage if you are looking for a great storage facility!

Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. I wish they'd do something about the lurching that the elevator does, the one that opens on both sides. I know it's going to happen and it still damn near gives me heart failure every time. Prices keep going up, like everything else. My stuff feels safe.

Amazing place. I've been training here since they opened and have loved every class. They offer an array of classes and times to fit any schedule. Professor and coaches are extremely helpful and you can tell they love what they do. It has changed my life for the better so give it a try!
