CACC Physical Therapy Parker

Alex Ramos at CACC Parker took my physical abilities from a 1 to a 10. Most importantly, he got my confidence back.

I unfortunately had compressed nerves in my neck causing a loss of muscle function and lightning bolts of pain. I needed double disc replacement surgery in my neck and I was quickly thrust into the confusing details of what was happening to me and the uncertainty of what's next. I couldn't lift more than 20 lbs and was unable to play golf - my passion and mental escape. I was a shell of myself and fearful of a limited ability future. Alex Ramos at CACC worked to understand my needs, goals, and what success looked like to ME. He gave me a realistic plan and clear benchmarks to strive for each week. I followed his plan and began seeing myself getting increasingly stronger and more confident. I'm now able to lift what I was able to before my surgery and getting back to my love of golf. Alex and every PT at CACC made me feel like a family friend and did a phenomenal job at helping me to achieve my dream goals. But the most important part, he restored my belief in myself. I can't thank Alex and everyone at CACC enough for helping me get my life back.

Just completed PT for shoulder arthroscopic procedure. Rehab went very well with therapist Alex. Full recovery, range of motion, and strength took less time than expected. Good crew at CACC from check-in desk to rehab staff!

CACC is a quality facility with staff that really know their stuff. It is a fun environment yet very professional. You can feel the kindness and compassion from the moment you enter to when you finish therapy and walk out. I've always felt well cared for and that I was being heard. I have no doubt CACC is looking out for me and working to help me heal. I highly recommend!
