Grand View Mobile Home Park

I stayed with my brother in law for about couple months. It's pretty quiet here. It's out kinda in the country. The owner is very nice. Never met her personally but my family thar resides here has only good things to say about her. Nice park and the mobile homes are spaced pretty good apart.

I have lived here since 2018. I thank God I live here instead of in the city and in apartments. The lot rent is great. It's quiet. I have seen other mobile home parks near and at this park its much more cleaner. The maintenance crew helped me when I needed help with hooking up appliances, outlets, and a toilet constantly running.

Depends what you are looking for. Low-cost housing. Management a bit stressed but they keep everything well maintained and everybody in line.
