I had went to two other Metro PCS locations to get my account number. I was looking to port my number to Verizon and was given the run around by two other stores. I understand the service provider does not want to loose the number but for heaven sake just do your job. That was all I was asking for.

I was able to speak with Hugo over the phone who was the manager of the store as well as two other stores. He was able to assist and guided me to this location and said Daisy would help me get my information. Daisy was very professional and apologized for the other locations' downfalls.

If we ever decide to need a local only service we will come and do business with Hugo or Daisy only.
