Fantastic company!! Angela brought me right in to choose Creative Carpet above others with her kindness, helpfulness, and non judgment with my explanation of our carpet issues. The techs that came out...Peter and Brad were beyond friendly, very professional, worked very hard. I did not feel as if they were rushing at any time. They took time and care in working on problem spots.
Very prompt service, they got us in as quickly as they possibly could, and followed up to make sure we were happy. They will even be out in a month for a refresh clean and check for any spots that did not come out. I will use this company in the future for sure. Highly recommend!

We recently decided to have our air ducts cleaned throughout the house and received a reference for Creative Carpet Care. We contacted them and did an on the phone walkthrough of our house and received a quote that same day. After some back and forth on scheduling we were able to settle on a date that worked. The team that came out were absolutely phenomenal! They were clean, extremely cautious of our furniture, personable and incredibly skilled ... we had never seen that kind of work done before and it is amazing how its done! Great small business and we highly recommend them for cleaning your air ducts.
