Peak Valley Manor

The accommodations have a WOW factor! It's tastefully decorated and the layout gives you ample space. Samantha's decorating talent is evident. The personal theater was a great unexpected bonus. The freedom to come and go as we please without going through the main house and disturbing Samantha and Shane was appreciated. Having traveled extensively, we enjoyed our morning conversations with Samantha and sharing travel experiences and recommendations. In addition to traveling, we also found that we shared the love of cooking. It truly was a home away from home.

The Peak Valley Manor is perfectly located. Wide open country with views of Pike’s Peak, but close enough to everything in Colorado Springs if you should choose to leave the serenity of the backyard. Beautiful waterfalls and pools and a fire pit to enjoy a quiet afternoon/evening with a panoramic sunset view of the mountains. The accommodations are exceptionally comfortable and wonderfully decorated. Dennis and Janet are great host ready to help with anything we needed. Although the beds are really comfortable you will want to make sure you get up to enjoy the great breakfast and coffee bar. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Colorado Springs.

The owners of Peak Valley Manor could not have been more helpful, welcoming, and kind! They gave us a tour of the BEAUTIFUL bed and breakfast and Dennis (one of the owners) was even able to drive us to and from a wedding we were attending nearby. We enjoyed a late night fire outside after our event, as well. If we had more time, we'd love to use the theater room and other amenities. 5/5 stars for a million reasons. We will absolutely be back!

Truly couldn’t have found a better spot to stay!!! I have a million of good things to stay and this review does not do justice for how perfect this bed and breakfast is. From every fine detail, to the wonderful views, theater room, breakfast, cookies/snacks, gift bag, cleanliness, tour, and even the guest information book. The best part- Janet and Dennis are truly wonderful people. I’m very thankful to meet such genuine and kind people. Thank you so much for making your home our home for the couple of days!

We had the greatest weekend we’ve had in a while because of Peak Valley Manor! It was so beautiful to get away from the humidity of Tulsa for some peaceful meditations looking out over the plains, where we could see the mountains from miles away! The breakfast was spectacular and we loved reading by the fireplace and enjoyed the awesome movie theater. We will definitely be returning soon and highly recommend this amazing bed and breakfast! Very peaceful and beautiful. Janet and Dennis are the best and gave us great suggestions. We didn’t want to leave ?
