Chiropractic of Black Forest

I recommended Dr. Swain to a friend today. I walked into his office about two years ago.. so drained of trying different chiropractors and still feeling pain. He mentioned to me that he believed in fixing the problem and that he didn't want it to be residual visits that were unneeded. He let me walk in! No other place has let me do that. Let me tell you, it's hard to make an appointment for a week out when you are in pain now. He was so laid back and comfortable. I didn't need to come back after the first visit. Which is a miracle.. ..I will only go to him now and will only recommend him. I'll be back soon for sure.

I've been having back pain for about a week and couldn't stand it no more. The 1st visit today and most of the pain is gone already. Dr. Swain is amazing and I will definitely return to his practice.

I used to be very nervous about seeing a chiropractor. For years, I experienced numbness and tingling in my fingertips and finally made the decision to try it out. I went to Russ and after just a few sessions, I noticed a HUGE difference and now I currently do not experience those sensations. I continued to go to Russ during both of my pregnancies for back pain. His chiropractic bed has a setting to accommodate pregnant women throughout their entire pregnancy. It helped me tremendously. My daughter is very colicky and likes to be held a ton. My shoulder started locking up from holding her in the same position so often and I started to lose mobility. Russ was able to adjust my shoulder quick and painlessly. Also, from the position I feed my baby in, I had lots of pain in my kneecaps which he took care of. And most recently, I severely pinched a nerve in my back at work and I can not WAIT for Russ to get back from his holiday break to fix it. I can not believe I went so many years without his treatment. My body feels so amazing after an adjustment and I can not recommend Russ enough. I had no idea how beneficial chiropractic care would to my every day life and I’m so glad I gave it a shot.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Russ has helped me with my carpel tunnel when I was giving up hope and thinking I would have to quit construction.

Dr Swain has treated me and my family for many years. He takes the time to understand the specific issues we each have and treats us accordingly. I never feel rushed, and the convenience of walk-in availablilty suits my schedule very well.
