Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills Service

I had a VERY rough experience with the first person I worked with at Phil Long Ford Service. The first manufacturer repair that was done immediately failed, and needed to be fixed again, and this first person not only never completed the repair, but also left the company and I was never informed. This is where Phil Long should have picked up the slack, and made sure that this person's clients were being taken care of! That didn't happen either, and I was left with further damages because of the faulty repair. A very long story short, Travis Massey in the service department and I crossed paths by chance a long while later, and said he would take on my issues. Travis put in A LOT of work for the proper repair of my truck. He went above and beyond, and despite my negative attitude towards the building in general, Travis was able to satisfy my needs as well as the company needs. His was easy to work with and calmed the situation with his commitment to everyone involved. I will always go back to work with Travis, I trust that he is interested in solutions first, and I would send others that way to work with him as well. He is a wonderful representative for the company and the service department at Phil Long. Thank you Travis Massey.
