Wonderful staff, everyone was personable. The doctor is outstanding, I didn’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. He was very clear about all details and explanations, and he patiently answered all our questions.

Dr. Wilhelm clearly explained all the procedures he would be doing. He recommended a number of tests to be completed and made the appropriate referrals. He did not push me to purchase hearing aids in any particular location and provided important and helpful information.
