Tonya N. helped us with our policy that we held with a different branch of Allstate. We kept reaching out to our original branch for explanations of changes on our policy and got short, snippy answers. After months of having issues with Allstate, Tonya stayed on the phone with us for over an hour and went over every part of our policy with us, informing us that we could be saving money in certain areas and offering her recommendations. We decided to switch branches because of how professional she was, which was something we weren’t getting at our original branch. We are looking forward to working with this team at Allstate!

This group is top notch. They are quick to get you answers and stay with you through the entire process of getting insurance or if you are unfortunate to have an accident. They also don’t leave you in the dark if you do have an accident,
they are right there with you. They also give you many options when picking out insurance to fit your budget. I feel fortunate to have found this group.
