I am always so pleased with the staff. They are personable and make sure we are pleased with the quality of work. My child has always had sensory issues with his hair and when we come to the salon for cuts he is more than excited. No tears and is a perfect angel for them. I am so grateful for Cookie Cutters to make a once painful process for all into an enjoyable one!

Lynn did a fantastic job with my 15 month old! The cut was superb as well as making my little guy aware of what was going on and making sure he was comfortable. I also watched them sanitize everything in between cuts and it was up to the CO licensing code sanitizing standards (I am also licensed). This was our 2nd time ever getting a haircut and we will make it our regular place for him.

My family just moved into town and needed to find a good, friendly kid's hair-cutting place for my 8-year old son. The website made it super easy to schedule an appointment. We showed up, the stylist was friendly, comforted my son, gave him a great haircut, we paid, and then went home! The process was super easy and they did an amazing job! We will definitely be back!

We love Holly! We have been in Colorado Springs for a year and a half & my son will be 2 soon. Holly gave my son his first haircut & has aways cut his hair ever since! Holly always goes above and beyond for us and always makes sure hair is perfect before we leave! Holly is always so sweet & so patient with my son! Holly deserves cosmetologist of a lifetime, lol! She is extremely professional & always is. Couldn’t ask for a better person to cut my sons hair! She’s wonderful!

I took my granddaughter to get her hair done. They were professional and nice. The haircut was great. A TV was available if they wanted to watch it. The chairs they sat in were cars or trucks. There was a small place to play while you waited your turn. My only complaint was that I didn't receive credit on their card for being in the "club". The computer was down.
