My husband and I purchased a home with Potter Partners 1 year ago. Buying a home can be an overwhelming and stressful process on its own, but we were selling and buying concurrently in the middle of the pandemic in summer of 2020. We had so many questions and needed so much guidance throughout the process, and Mark and Janelle were so helpful and patient with us the entire time. They were quick and easy to communicate with and I felt like they were truly invested in helping us find the perfect home for our family. If or when we ever plan to sell and move again, we will be using them!

Mark and Janelle Potter were wonderful to us during our brief stay in Colorado Springs. Having moved from Durango, CO to Colorado Springs in a hurried manner due to my new assignment to manage the renovation/transition of a hotel, Mark and Janelle worked closely with us to help us make a smooth transition. Once my contract was completed a year later, they graciously extended our lease while we began searching for a new home in Tennessee. They even helped us find a realtor in TN to assist us in buying a home that we didn't get to see due to the pandemic at the time.
