(February 6, 2014, 1:53 am)It is sometimes very hard to get through so you need to be persistent. Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 PM the staff breaks for lunch so you either get an answering service or the voicemail. The provided alternative medicine is definitely unconventional but very effective. Sometimes it is hard to get a full blown appointment if it needs to be scheduled on a short notice but the "top off" adjustments are fairly easy to get in (when needed). Do not be late because they will cancel your appointment. If you are running late be sure to call many times and leave messages so you are covered. Dr. Bodrero is excellent and definitely on to something with his approach to alternative medicine treatments.
UPDATE: The staff seems to have cycled through and lately I have been treated extremely well and they are always very helpful. Very accommodating.
