Miguels

We were in town for the weekend and found Miguel's for a late lunch. No wait, and we received prompt and attentive service. In fact, the entire staff made us feel welcomed and valued. We ate in the great outdoor patio space. The food was great, and the portions were more than we could eat. If we lived in the area, we'd become regulars there.

We haven't eaten out as a family much. Not just because of covid but we have three kids and it's not always pleasant trying to find something everyone enjoys or the right atmosphere where we feel comfortable. We had the best night out as a family at Miguel's! It was friendly and comfortable. The food was great, the service first rate and all 5 of us left laughing and thankful. We can't wait to go back!

I used to be chef and a manger at this restaurant but I promise my review is unbiased. Been three years since I worked for them. So I ordered the Tacos de Pescado and they were incredible. It’s been a while since I ate there as it is 1/2 out south of my home and I work in Parker Colorado which is about a 40 minute drive for me in the opposite direction so I was pleased to actually have the time to try their food. I will compare it to Fuzzy’s fish tacos. Now Of course, Fuzzy’s isn’t authentic Mexican food by any stretched of the imaginations and Carlos Miguel’s is authentic from scratch so the comparison might not be really fair but I can say that Carlos Miguel’s tacos easily have twice as much fish. The black beans were seasoned perfectly. Hands down the best fish tacos I’ve ever had! I don’t n ow who the chef is now but I can honestly say his or her food is better than mine was. I highly recommend their restaurant to anyone wanting sone authentic Mexican food. I took my time eating and did a lot of observing and the food I saw going to other tables looked amazing! If you live on the front range of Colorado and want sone good food check out one of the Carlos Miguel’s, you will not be disappointed!
