(February 20, 2020, 3:57 pm)Staff and dr treatment for procedure was superb--could not be better. However, my appt had been canceled by someone in appts who reportedly said I had canceled the appt the day of the procedure. We knew nothing of this until we arrived 1/2 hour before the procedure. I had NOT canceled. There was confusion between staff on floor 1 and floor 3. End result--I had the procedure but my blood pressure was raised. Thank the staff for making an error by someone OK.
