The employees at the front counter are very inviting, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time talk to you and understand what is needed and make you a priority. I can't recall being in very many establishments where a CEO will come out and introduce himself. That is what I call customer service and customer commitment! Thank you Mountain States Pipe & Supply!
