I have been a patient for over 20 years. I could only say that this doctor saved my life. He was my and my entire family's lifeline. Myself and my two daughters share a genetic defect that led to all 3 of us struggling with a chronic debilitating illness. It happens to be very rare. Dr. Ratner for many years and still today has helped us cope with all the mental stress that living with a chronic illness gives you.The amazing story is how he stepped out of his area of expertise in Phycology and researched this rare genetic illness.Dr Ratner's research led to myself and my girls getting the help we needed. We were all partially physically disabled. With doctor Ratner's help, research, and expertise in medications he was able to work with other doctors and gave us a treatment plan that gave us back a quality of life. I can tell you, that Dr. Ratner is a wonderful, patient and caring doctor. He is a doctor who truly cares for his patients. I was blessed to be lucky enough to have him for both our family's mental and physical health. I would high recommend him.
