Infocus Eye Care

I woke up with a terrible red, itchy eye and unfortunately was not able to go see my regular doctor. Dr. Leonhardt and his staff were able to get me in that same day to be seen. Stephen was so helpful with explaining my insurance. The whole staff here is so kind!

So delighted that I chose Infocus Eye Care! My office moved to a new location very close to Infocus, so I decided to try them just out of locational convenience. However what I got was modern eye exam technology that was much more pleasant and comfortable than what I’ve received from eye doctors in the past, a very quick and efficient process (even though their tech assistant was out for the day!), and beyond excellent front desk service. The guy at the front (sorry I didn’t catch his name - he’s amazing!) checked my medical insurance just in case I had eye insurance benefits I wasn’t aware of. I was coming in prepared to pay for all services myself and by doing this kind and thoughtful check, found out I did have benefits and discounts that I had no idea about. I’m so grateful that he spent time to check and save me money!! He was also thoughtful and patient enough to give me honest feedback on each of the glasses frames I was trying on and made the whole process so much easier and more enjoyable.

The facility is great. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had an amazing experience with the testing I received. I love my glasses too!

This was my first time going here and i have to say this place is AMAZING! Everyone was so incredibly welcoming! Stephen was such an awesome help! I felt like I’d been going there forever! I needed to get some new glasses frames and Stephen took the time to help me pick out all the ones that looked the best while staying in my budget! If anyone is looking for an eye care place that has a personable experience with a very friendly atmosphere, this is where to go!!! I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

It really doesn’t get any better than this eye care office! I needed to get first contacts for my teen daughter, paying out of pocket, called around including Costco and ABBA! Infocus was best. Customer service is outstanding. Dr is very friendly, explains everything. Ironically, they checked my daughter’s health insurance … and informed me that it included eye care! Saved me $ when they didn’t have to. Highly recommend!
