Great acoustics! Nice sized theater, all seats are good. But the emergency lights along the aisles are WAY TOO BRIGHT! Hurt my ???? and detracted from my enjoyment of the performance. ????
This place was quite an experience. The ushers and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The architecture was well put together and a very fresh, clean and modern atmosphere to take in while waiting for show to begin. The theater area capacity wasn't as large as I anticipated from the lobby, etc. But the show was excellent and the lights and sound systems were great and complemented the entire show. I definitely plan to visit this place again!
Family Friendly! Architecture is amazing and the view of Pikes Peak is AWESOME! (Worth renting the lobby for an event) Seating allows for a great view in comfort. Staff is super polite and helpful. Great selections at Cafe. Performances are fantastic - great for Colorado Springs residents and guests of all ages.
Jonathan Haidt shared very interesting ideas from his new book, "The coddling of the American Mind". The staff was very professional and welcoming. The layout is very modern and spacious, utilizing metallic and wooden accents. The layout of the amphitheater is unique in that you don't feel too close or far from your neighbor. The security precautions were not overbearing and the lighting allowed for engagement and socializing.
This building is new and it seems that it us the new music and visual art faculty for UCCS. Very modern and beautiful building. They also do performances, etc. Close to this building there is a new construction of what it seen a new building for sculpting, painting and that type of art. It really add to the area a esthetic view and a refinement that contrast and complement the big mall in the front. Very well done!!
