  CrossFit NCS provides quality coaching with challenging workouts. They are great at modifying workouts for every level of fitness and adapting workouts for injuries. It is a very welcoming and friendly environment - you'll meet the nicest and interesting people at CrossFit NCS. Clean environment too - sanitizing, masks, and social-distancing are the norm.

  I've dropped in on boxes around the country and some internationally, and this is the best at making people feel welcome. You will get a great workout, the location is great and there is nothing better than struggling through a WOD as the train goes by.
  
  The owner has done everything he can to make everyone feel safe during COVID19, while still enabling everyone to workout safely.

  The best part of my day is going to CF NCS. Ray and his team of professional coaches keep the gym immaculate and the equipment looking brand new. Every time I walk in the door I’m greeted with a smile and sometimes the coach excitedly saying my name because they’re so welcoming. The people here inspire and challenge me to be a better athlete, for which I’m grateful.

  I moved to Colorado Springs about 6 months ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the NCS community. I have been most impressed during COVID19 how the coaches offered virtual WODs daily! Now they are offering 4 person training sessions under all compliance with the state and CDC guidelines and offering multiple options to workout. Cleaning occurs before and after each session and I am so grateful the staff has taken on the extra cleaning duties to allow an “in gym” option for us. I am sure a great deal of planning went into this. Kudos to the best CrossFit in Springs for really stepping up. I highly recommend CrossFit NCS!

  I have attended NCS for close to 2 years. The community and atmosphere of this gym can't be beat. The owner and coaches care about me and help me to obtain my goals. NCS is much more than just a gym to me.

Congratulations, you've been with CrossFit NCS for 30 days and it's been a great 30 days. You've already completed a couple of your fitness goals! Crossfit NCS changed me physically. After a year of doing Crossfit with this gym, I don't think there is an aspect of myself that hasn't changed.

CrossFit NCS, located off Woodman, is hosting a free community CrossFit competition on October 24th. The competition, called Muscles and Masks, is a blind draw partner competition, so each athlete will be paired with another athlete, but they won't know how it is until the day of the competition.
