We just had our shades installed yesterday on our new build and had an amazing experience from start to finish. When i first called to schedule our estimate, i spoke with Carol who was very friendly and was able to squeeze and appointment in for us last minute amidst their tight schedule. Scott came out for our estimate and was very outgoing and friendly and was super knowledgeable in their products and guided us to make the right choices for our home. Once our order arrived to their office , Carol called us right away to schedule our installation. Mark was our installer and he was very nice and moved quick! He was in and out in an hour after installing windows in our entire home. If we need any additional needs in the future, we will be calling Blindsource again!
