Walter's303 Flying Horse

Knew it existed, but didn't try it until recently. Wow! Good pizza! Dine-in experience was great, the deep dish we got was excellent without having too much bread, a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. It was great!

It's been a while but we enjoyed our visit here. We were seated in the covered patio, so our group had some privacy and was bit quite so we could here since the main dinning hall can get some what loud. The food was hot and delicious. They are large pizzas and Calzones. The staff was very attentive and alert to our needs. No wait time with our reservation. Handled 14 folks with ease.

Good food, good service ... I wish I could remember the waitress's name. She was among the best we have had - very attentive, but not pushy. We were a party of 7 including 3 young grandchildren. I didn't know there could be that much difference in pizzas. I couldn't tell you why but the mile high meat (and I suspect the other versions) was just better. With the crowd we shared large Caesar and Greek salads, both of which I highly recommend. We got there before 5pm on Sunday and there was available seating. By the time we left at 6:30 the place was packed.

Delicious! Tristan was our waiter tonight, by the way. Give the guy a bonus! 6/12/21. Not only the food is tasty and fresh, our service with this gentleman was outstanding. I own my own restauran in Monument (Arlene’s Beans) the owners should be proud! The last time we visited, we sat at the bar and we weren’t thrilled with the bar tender. A/c needs to be on asap for your hungry patrons. We’ll be back with our whole family. Best wings and pizza in town- hands down!
