I came to Jen a couple months after the birth of my son. He was born healthy, but I left his birth in shambles. My heart was crushed over the events of his birth, and my mind played a dreadful loop on repeat of everything that happened. I felt isolated, confused and completely lost. From the first time I emailed Jen, she was so kind. She gave me the compassion I needed, and the understanding I craved. After our very first session, the birth stopped playing on repeat in my mind! It was so freeing! Jen provided the space and grace I needed to process. She has the knowledge to bring God’s healing wherever needed, not just in traumatic birth situations. She has a deep relationship with God, and she has a gifting to bring His love and gentleness into each and every session. The experience with Jennifer has been unlike any therapy I've experienced. It's been beautiful to have therapy sessions that are Holy Spirit led. She's very good at being in tune with God's leading and things always come up in the session that I don't expect but make so much sense in my current situation. Afterwords I always feel an inexplicable peace and release. It's been wonderful and healing.
