(July 6, 2023, 10:01 pm)*Update - still amazing, to the point that I drive down from Denver whenever I’m in town for work*
I was practically booking my next session before the first one was over - it was that great! This was the first massage that I've had in a long time where I actually felt like the person legitimately knew what they were doing AND why - as opposed to some massages where they are just aimlessly massaging your back. Jessica was very thorough, explained everything, kept checking in during the massage, and had some exercises to do on my own to help with my issues.

I initially sought out Jessica's expertise for help with my shoulder impingement and knee pain. She created a personalized treatment plan that focused on correcting my movement patterns and strengthening the muscles that support these joints. Her guidance and support were invaluable, and I saw a significant improvement in my condition over the course of my treatment.
In addition to her work with my shoulder and knee, Jessica also helped me with my lifting form for CrossFit. Her attention to detail and expertise in kinesiotherapy allowed her to identify areas where I could improve and gave me the tools to do so safely and effectively.
Overall, I can't say enough good things about Jessica and Colorado Kinesiotherapy. Her knowledge and skills are exceptional, and her passion for helping people shines through in everything she does. (February 4, 2022, 10:07 pm)Jessica has been an excellent provider every time I've gone in for workout recovery / body maintenance massages. She takes the time to understand not only your body's current condition but also your goals. Her client-focused care extends beyond your appointment as she'll provide techniques and other guidance to help your body stay in shape in-between sessions. Moreover, she genuinely cares about her client's well-being, and that is always greatly appreciated.
(January 10, 2022, 5:48 pm)Jessica has such an amazing depth of knowledge that translates directly into her skill as a massage therapist. She is able to manage chronic as well as acute issues and injuries. A session with her is so much more than just a massage! Your body will thank you for allowing her to take care of it.
