(August 29, 2020, 1:19 pm)I had migraines and headaches for years, but they had really ramped up over the last year with 3-4 migraines a month and daily headaches. It was like I couldn’t catch a break from headaches, couldn’t sleep, hard to focus, and very stressful. Like many busy moms, I kept waiting for it to get better rather than finding time. After two months at Novera, my daily headaches are gone and I only have 1 migraine-like headache a month (and the pain and symptoms are significantly reduced from before). Not only that, I think the stretching/home exercises and overall posture tips keep it going beyond the initial treatment. I would highly recommend Novera for anyone suffering from headaches—it is worth getting your time, energy, sleep, and enjoyment back. I wish I had gone sooner!
(July 21, 2020, 12:02 am)I am only 19 years old and have had migraines for 8-10 years. This spring I started having 2 or 3 per week that would put me in bed all day. Since I started the treatment, my headaches have been much less severe and frequent, and as I continue my therapy they are getting even better. I was so grateful to find somewhere they are dealing with the root of the problem instead of just the symptoms!
(July 17, 2020, 12:03 pm)As a Physician Assistant I have referred many patients to Dr Taves. I myself have benefitted greatly from his techniques. I have had headaches for 34 years and done many things to get rid of them. I have been seeing him for 6 months and my headaches have improved by 85%. I do not take any medicines anymore for the pain. He has also taught me how to do a Home Exercise Program (HEP) to help myself when I start to feel tension. My daughter and my father are also benefitting from his work. Thank God for Dr. Taves!

After 6 weeks of treatment I saw improvements and now i continue to go for treatment once a month. I have never felt better or looked forward to going and getting treatment like I do now. Thank you Novera Team!
(July 2, 2020, 2:06 pm)After over a decade of migraines that kept me from living my best life, I am happy to say that I am nearly migraine free! I used to get three a week and since starting treatment, I've only had one in two months! Dr. Taves is friendly and treats me with respect and a personalized plan to help me. My only regret is that I didn't know about this years ago. I am enjoying life!
