  I am so glad I came here; Emily and Heather are EXCELLENT physical therapists! I came here after a running injury that left me with a torn meniscus and an MRI showing moderate to severe arthritis in my right knee. I had tried another physical therapist but all he did was give me exercises to strengthen my knee. What I really appreciated was the knowledge of the staff, the fact that they addressed my pain as well as my mobility, and that only once those were addressed did they work with me to strengthen. Heather was very helpful in helping me understand the injury and how to treat it. Then Emily did some PT magic to calm down my injured meniscus and make sure it wasn’t catching in the joint, made sure the tibia and femur were aligned, and she also worked on the knee cap’s mobility. I don’t know what she did, but it really helped! Emily is a runner so she understands and also really knows her stuff. After a little more than a month, I can run, hike, and ski again and my legs are stronger than they’ve ever been before. I highly recommend Ascend for any runners and hikers or anyone with knee problems!

  5 STARS! Ryan was my PT and he was Great! Very helpful and professional and warm. I found the entire staff friendly and helpful.

  After ignoring my sprained ankle for as long as seemed reasonable (4 months), I decided to try Ascend to see if I could regain faith in my joint. I worked with Ryan and am happy to say that I have my range of motion, strength, and stability back. I even feel inspired to maintain the work that I have done ;). A huge "pro" of this establishment is getting to work directly with the PT for your entire session. Thanks! I will definitely return if ever I have the need.

  Awesome staff! Great experience! Emily is knowledgeable, friendly and the upmost professional. She helped me regain strength and stability after having my first child. Not only did we work on things during our scheduled visits, but she gave me work to do at home and even after treatment. She truly cares!

  My physical therapist in Nevada checked several therapists here in Colorado Springs and told me to see Heather to continue my treatment. She was spot on! Heather is great--gentle hands that do major adjustments. Plus, the office staff and other therapists all are friendly and welcoming. I am not so graceful or careful but I know Heather and Ascend will do their best to make sure I stay the best I can be--thank you!
