Update - I don't know if it is new management or just new personel, but the customer service has GREATLY improved. Counter help is now actually friendly and helpful.

Original(1 STAR): Woman that mans the counter is not even remotely customer friendly. The gentleman is plenty courteous (her husband I guess). Unfortunately for him, I would emphatically suggest that they lose the contract. I have never seen a post office, let alone one on a military base, strive to do such a bare minimum in the service given and seem to barely tolerate their customers as this one does.
