I’ve been working with Adriana for over 2 years, I have an aggressive form of MS and my neurologist said last week Adriana’s advanced knowledge of how to draw new connections in the brain have saved me from being wheel chair bound and have substantially made my muscles stronger. I’ve never encountered someone who goes above and beyond to help every client she has. She is always going to new classes and learning new techniques from the most elite. I love Adriana dearly.

I’ve been taking Pilates classes with Adriana for the past 3 years and all I can say that Adriana is by far the most loving caring and professional instructor! She is by far on top of very few of my favorites. She takes time to listen to you if you have any concerns or you may have any health issues to make the best of your class and falling in love with Pilates and to make you feel better every time you go while building the strength and enjoying the class.
I highly recommend Adriana’s classes and believe me once you get to try her classes you don’t want look back!
Also her studio is so beautiful.

I’ve been working with Adriana for almost 2 years. I came to her after going through two hip surgeries and she was able to help me regain my strength and keep me pain free. She is the ultimate professional and designs a plan unique to your needs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
