    Sandra is AWESOME!!!!

    Sandra, helped me tremendously!!
When other places kept me at the status quo, and push pills on me.
Sandra got to the root problem of my issues and helped me, thru EMDR, work them out.
Now I feel that my depression, which I have been suffering for over 20 years, is gone and no longer have daily thoughts of suicide!
    Sandra saved my life!!

THANK YOU Sandra, and Mind Renewal, for saving me from my torment!!!!

Sandra is amazing. No matter what has come up she makes time for her clients and goes above and beyond to do so. I have made more progress in the four months I have been seeing her then I have had in all my 6 years of therapy. She does not make you feel judged. Takes the time to listen. Makes sure you know that you are being heard. She recognizes the work you do and the progress you make.

I've been attending therapy and counseling since about 2008, with a few gaps here and there. During the course of that time, I have had a great deal of therapists, counselors, etc., so with that in mind, please understand that I have a decent variety to compare and review.

Out of probably 10 therapists, or more, Sandra has been one of 2 of the best therapists I believe I've ever been to. She really does care, shows genuine dedication to her clientele base (I've never had a therapist be so helpful), and is very knowledgeable about the science behind EMDR.

I feel it necessary to note that she's the first therapist who has worked with me on my trauma, flashbacks, and so on via EMDR as a means rather than CBT alone or plus talk therapy and anti-depressants or whatever...when it just doesn't get better.

I don't know why EMDR works, but I assure you, it does. At least it seems to, strange as the eye movement process may initially seem. Sandra and I been constructing a narrative for a while before being able to get into the treatment sessions. I've had a few EMDR proper sessions so far (it comes at the end of the narrative creation). If it's an absolutely horrible, painful, heart-wrenching experience I'm reliving and it's coming up in my body anywhere or I'm back at the scene, then it may take more than one session. I will say that we brought a 10/10 event in terms of overwhelming pain down to a 2/10. That's to say that the feelings involved certainly remain, but I can control them now. Their volume is turned way down, in a sense. I'm finding that I'm having to work harder to go back to the key moments of the traumatic events that, in the past, would have surfaced without issue (generally from a trigger, not a conscious effort to revisit the moment, and with a great deal of distress).

Without a doubt, I recommend Sandra Weber as an EMDR specialist over any others. She may be booked up, but if the waitlist isn't too bad, the sessions are worthwhile to finally be able to process and cope more healthily. Hope this helps. Best wishes, I know it's hell.

I have been working with Sandra, for the past almost 3 years. Her knowledge an experience with trauma, has allowed me to rebuild my life and find the peace of mind that I needed to enjoy my life.I would highly recommend Sandra for anyone who has experienced trauma and would like to recover.

Sandra is amazing! I have been seeing her for a little over a year now and she is so helpful and listens to you and has always helped me with excellent advice throughout any moment in my life! She is always there for you and makes you feel listened to and cared for. Our appointments are telehealth, over the phone and it makes it so convenient and easy to do therapy! She also takes Medicaid! I recommend any one to go to Sandra, someone who’s been in therapy for awhile or someone who might be Hesitant to making that first appointment! Sandra is an amazing counselor you will not be disappointed with!
