I have stayed here for five days. First of all, I am very grateful to the staff Leslie. I really love her so much! It was very late on the day we checked in, and it took her only a few minutes to solve the problem. The room was clean and comfortable with no strange smell. Leslie is a very conscientious employee who always keeps the floor clean and keeps an eye on the guests. She is very patient. I booked a room in booking in the last two days and chose to pay at the store. The other two ladies who received us that day always said that they could not inquire about the order. I sent it many times but could not find it, because it was marked to pay at the store, so I could only close the order. Finally, I used my bank card to pay the original room price for two days. We're really upset. In the end, Leslie and another grandfather solved the problem. However, the refund has not been returned to the account. It has been a month. I will go to the bank to check it today.

We have stayed for several nights so far, no issues or negative thoughts here. I was a bit disappointed to discover that there is no breakfast as advertised, or at least not at the present time. I'm sure covid had a lot to do with that. That's just a matter of updating information with Google as I booked with a third-party app. I'm not worried about it. No complaints on the staff here; everyone I've come into contact with has been decent and accommodating. I've read reviews mentioning the "homeless" and seedy type of people that hang around here, it kind of makes me cringe. Are there less-than upper class people here? Sure. Regardless of how life has taken its toll, we're all human beings just trying to make the best of the situations we find ourselves in. Some have been more fortunate than others, some have lived through and experienced things that most couldn't imagine. Let's try not to be so judgemental of each other. Everyone has their own battles they have to fight. Stop acting so scared of the guy next to you, instead acknowledge his presence, look him in the eyes and see that he is a human being with feelings just like you... you'll be amazed at the mutual understanding and respect that will be wordlessly shared when you change the way you treat others. Anyway, as for noise or trouble from other guests, there has been absolutely little to none to speak of, everyone has been respectful even through the late weekend nights. This place has been affordable, clean, quiet and a fantastic alternative to being out on the streets in the harsh, unforgiving Colorado winter weather. Thank you, Rodeway Inn. We've been very happy with our stay here with you. 💜

One week you're eating breakfast, then one min you're not able to. At least you can take the "reliable" elevator, right?
No! Very old and not reliable elevator. Makes noise, doesn't fully stop before opening and my favorite, doesn't work at all.
